We begin this dynamic program by assessing your credit union teams’ responsiveness to change, problem-solving skills and collaboration during experiential exercises. This sets the stage for the 'product' simulation – when the teams construct brand-new bicycles. The building of the bikes mirrors workplace constraints through limited time, tools, and expertise.

To fulfill the 'Life Cycle' and put an exclamation point on the experience, we bring in children from your community to receive the brand new bikes built by your team. Most have never had their own bicycle before. With the wide-eyed faces of children now part of the mix, the 'simulation' transcends into something real. Something impactful. The connection of product and human value is explicit, opening a new way for participants to see their role in your credit union.
